Date: 22 & 23 November 2025 Start time: 14:00
End time: Approximately 15:00 Location: We’ll assemble in the entree hall (with the lockers/garderobe/ticket scan). A more specific location may be announced during con itself on our Instagram.
Do you NEED to have a con ticket? No, because the meet will take place inside the building (not too cold yay!) BUT outside the official convention areas you can attend without a HDCC entry ticket. Language: Dutch, but the hosts understand English (at minimum) as well! What to expect? Once people have gathered together we will start the meet and group photos will be taken. There will be one group photo of everyone together and then some pictures of smaller groups based on different in game themes, like regions or elements depending on attendance. After the group photos you can pick up a small gift from the hosts. There may be the opportunity to get a solo/duo (or small group) photo taken after this as well. If applicable, this will be announced. You aren’t obligated to join the photos, if that isn’t your thing you can of course just come to hang out and yap as well or maybe bring some trinkets to exchange with others! Photos: To participate in any of the group photos you must be wearing a (recognisable) Genshin cosplay. Photos taken by our photographer(s) will be shared and can be downloaded online eventually. Do you have to wear a Genshin cosplay to attend the meet? No. All Genshin fans are welcome to come to the meet, even if you are not cosplaying or are wearing a cosplay from a different fandom. A Genshin related cosplay is only required to be in the organised photos, but you can still come to interact with and meet others. General information: All kinds of people are welcome at this meet. We hope to create a welcoming, fun, but also safe environment. Please keep in mind minors will be present. Treat each other with respect and kindness, even when faced with disagreements. Cosplay is not consent. Ask before taking photos/videos of others. Still, keep in mind people will be taking pictures/recordings and creating content at the con and you may accidentally appear in the background of those when attending the meet. I NEED HELP! If you have questions or something has happened approach one of the hosts or meet helpers. They’ll do their best to help you, but please keep in mind we are merely fans ourselves and not professionals. If there’s a serious issue, such as sexual harassment or a medical emergency find convention staff instead. You can always ask a host to assist you with finding one.

Mainhost: Aruuu ⟡ Any Note: Aruuu is our main host at the moment, arranging things both behind the scenes, as well as in front of the crowd. He’s basically the face of this meet at the moment and will be the one mostly in charge in person.
Co-host: Diluc ⟡ He/him Note: Diluc will be co-hosting the meet again, mostly focusing on taking care of things behind the scenes, like building this carrd! ⸜( ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ )⸝ but he’ll be present in person as well.
Helper: Pink Lemonade ⟡ Any Note: Pink Lemonade has helped with other meets, as well as hosted their own Genshin meet before. They’ll be present on Saturday to bring the best of vibes and help run things in person.
Co-host: Todo ⟡ They/them Note: Todo will be hosting a different meet on Saturday (you all better go and check that out if you love KPop Demon Hunters 👀) but they’ll be co-hosting the Genshin meet with us on Sunday!
